With friends we went to spend an afternoon and were pleasantly surprised. From the outside you don't see the cuteness of the place which is very large because it is a former factory with a bohemian design, vintage furniture with welcoming lounges, film posters on the walls. The cakes are delicious and the coffee and tea too. People are very very kind and they explain everything!!! Super!

I had a cheesecake and a coffee and paid 10,50 euros. They were both delicious. It’s a bit expensive but the portions are huge. Like one slice of cheesecake could be shared by two but I took my time to finish it by myself anyway. They have a large selection of teas. The only vegan or lactose-free dessert they had was kind of a snack that can be seen in the picture. That is sad for vegans and lactose intolerant people. A vegan cake or even banana bread or carrot cake would be a good addition to the place. The staff is kind. They leave you alone to decide etc which is nice.

This amazing restaurant made our first trip to Rome so special! We made it a daily stop either for dinner or one of their delicious deserts. The Black Cherry Chocolate Cake was out of this world. Can’t beat their Happy hour specials. Everyone was so nice we enjoyed the way above great service!

A Hidden Gem That Feels Like Home (and Heaven!) Fabrica is one of those places you almost don’t want to tell anyone about—just so you can keep it all to yourself. A true hidden gem, tucked away with its effortlessly cool industrial-chic style, yet warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’ve come here for everything from aperitivi to tea time, and each visit is an experience in comfort, taste, and pure joy. But what really steals the show? The cakes. One more delicious than the other—honestly, it feels like a little piece of heaven in every bite. Yesterday was a full-blown flavour fairytale. I had the apple crumble pie and a triple chocolate slice, while my friend went for the pear crumble. Every mouthful was a journey—rich, balanced, comforting, and unforgettable. Like stepping into a magical land of flavours. I couldn’t stop myself from writing this review just to say: chapeau to the chef and the owner. You can tell that every detail—from the packaging to the branding—has been crafted with passion and precision. Thank you, Fabrica, for always making my stomach (and soul) so happy. I’ll be back again. And again. And again!

Loved this cafe! Plenty of space and a relaxing atmosphere. I got a cappuccino and cornetto and they were both delicious. The baristas were very friendly and offered many great options to someone we were with that preferred iced tea to coffee. This day I went in around 9am but I would love to go back at night for a drink sometime.

Great restaurant, the staff was very friendly and cheerful. Wr enjoyed our visi there. The food and the coffee were very tasty and the prices were very reasonable! You have to try it

We went out for a bite to eat and went into Fabrica. Our server couldn’t have been nicer. She took the time to go through every menu item with us. We chose Pasta and Ragu as our main. Beautiful. Well cooked, packed with flavour. Overall a nice place with great staff, highly recommended

A lovely, neighbourhood cafe/bar with working A/C. The staff members are pleasant and so helpful. I made two visits one for a late lunch and a morning coffee stop: both excellent! All the cakes looked lovely and I can recommend the baked cheesecakes. Close enough to the Vatican and environs but tucked away from the busy traffic noise and air quality. Grazie!
